I am shocked and deeply saddened on hearing of Billy's passing. I grew up on the same street in Randolph with all the Clouten siblings and was friends with Peggy & Becky. My own brother Kenny was a past friend of Billy's and Johnny's and we lost him some 6 years ago now. This makes it doubly sad for me. My family and I would like to pass on our sympathies to all of the Clouten family at this time.
