My condolences to the Hayes family. Cap Hayes was a great guy, a fantastic instructor at PC and a good friend. He always tried to keep the politicians in Narragansett honest (not an easy task!). It was sad to see him move to SK, but I'm sure he kept a finger on the pulse of Narragansett.
