Virginia Voss Obituary

WEYMOUTH Virginia L. (McKee) Voss, 74, of Weymouth, died at her home on Saturday. She was born in Needham and resided in Weymouth for most of her life. She graduated from Weymouth High School and Quincy College. She had been a waitress at Blinstrub's Old Colony Restaurant in South Boston. Virginia had also been a home health aide for a number of years. While in Florida she belonged to the Ladies Auxiliary of the Elks Lodge at Lauderdale-Hollywood, FL. She was the wife of the late John Robert Voss, Sr. She is survived by two sons: William J. Stackman, Jr. of Stillwater, NY and John Robert Voss of Weymouth. She was the mother of the late Craig Stackman. She is survived by four grandchildren: Jason Winer-Voss, William J. Stackman, III, Kimberly Maynard and Stacy L. Wood; five great-grandchildren: Dominick, Caitlyn, Cameron and Elliott Stackman and Bryan Maynard. Virginia is survived by a brother Brian George McKee of Patchogue, NY and a sister Beverly Malcolm of of Hanson. She was the sister of the late Gary Curtis McKee. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours at the Mortimer N. Peck-Russell Peck Funeral Home, 870 Broad St., (opposite the U.S. Post Office in Jackson Square) EAST WEYMOUTH, tomorrow (Tuesday) afternoon from 2-4 p.m. Memorial donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
