Hope Norris-Levangie

BRAINTREE Hope Lorna (Paterson) Norris - LeVangie, 91 years of age of Braintree, formerly of Florida passed away at the Braintree Manor Nursing Home on Tuesday, October 28, 2008. She was born in Boston and received her early education in Weymouth and graduated from Braintree High School. She moved to Florida from Braintree in 1968 until she returned to Braintree in 1994. Mrs. Norris - LeVangie was a communicant of both St. Francis of Assisi Church and also the Parish of Saint Clare. She was the beloved wife of the late Harold Norris and the late Harold LeVangie. Devoted mother of Valerie J. Norris of Santiago, Chile, Hugh E. Norris of Becket, MA, Andrew H. Norris of Spring Hill, Florida and Michael G. Norris of Braintree and Sandwich. She was the mother of the late Marilyn Trainor formerly of Braintree. Stepmother of Robert, Elinor and Kevin LeVangie. She is survived by twelve grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Funeral from the Mortimer N. Peck - Russell Peck Funeral Home, 516 Washington Street, BRAINTREE on Thursday, October 30, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 856 Washington Street, SOUTH BRAINTREE SQUARE at 10:30 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Burial will be private. Visiting hours will be Thursday morning prior to the Funeral Mass from 9 - 10 a.m. at the Funeral Home. Memorial donations in Hope's memory may be sent to the charity of the donor's choice.
