Dear Bob and family,
We are so sorry to hear about Helen. We just found out about Helen's passing and we want to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family. We remember Helen and Bob at the family parties and all the great times we shared singing with all the cousins and aunts in the McCabe family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Whenever someone we love and admire passes, its so fitting that we reflect on all our memories and cherish each one. But, Mrs. Murphy provided us with so much more than cherished memories. She enriched us in ways that can't be described in words because it was always so special a feeling to be around her and be in her company. She had that gift of making everyone seem like they were important and special, to her.

But because she was so beautiful, so strong, so funny with her hilarious sense of humor, : ) ... so elegant, thoughtful, caring, and always concerned about the well-being of others, the thought of her invokes a deep appreciation as to just how magnificent a woman she truly, truly was. Even though I can't fathom that she's no longer here, I can definitely see her amongst the angels, and I feel comforted knowing that her beauty and all the love within her became that much more compelling as the red carpet was rolled out for her during her own special welcome, into Heaven.....

I miss you so much, and I wish that we had even more time together just so I could have the opportunity to learn from you all over again. If I am to accentuate the positive as you always encouraged me to do, I have to tell you that your passing has immediately and profoundly deepened my gratitude for all that I have to be thankful for. My trust in God has increased too over the last few days, because I have even more insight and understanding of the tremendous power that love has. Just having the opportunity to quietly observe and take part in the love within the family for you, for each other, and for God, along with laughing out loud at the funniest of memories, it has all filled me with a very gentle peacefulness. I'm also humbled yet again... for the blessing I've been given in knowing, and loving, the amazingly wonderful Murphy Family.

I respect you so immensely. You taught me the importance of living a life full of love and integrity, and the gifts of adhering to the spirit that moves our hearts and our actions into always trying to do what's right. That's exactly who you are.

Thank you so much for the light you've been to all, and thank you so much for the light you've been to me. When I was young, you explained to me very gently and tenderly that love never dies, and I Love You So Much Mrs. Murphy, I always, always will.

Linda & Jim,

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. My Dad told me that Jim said that the Coughlin and Murphy families were from a unique generation that understood what marriage was all about and lived their vows of "till death do us part". We have shared so much joy together, with God,s help the strength of our relationship will serve us well during these difficult times.

To Bob and Family,
I was very sorry to hear the news from my mother, Betty, yesterday. I know Helen and Peg were great friends for Mom, Dolly and Patsy over the years. I have a great photo in my wedding album of Helen and Bob dancing in the middle of the big crowd at our reception. I'm thankful they were there to share my happy day. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
