PEMBROKE Mary A. (Walsh) Marie Ruggles of Pembroke, formerly of Holbrook, December 11, 2008 at age 89. Beloved wife of Bernard L. Ruggles Jr. Loving mother of Roberta A. Sarafinas and her husband David of Pembroke. Dear grandmother of Michael D. Sarafinas of Brighton and Daniel J. Sarafinas of Pembroke. Sister of the late William H. Walsh. Sister-in-law of Joanne Walsh of Holbrook. Also survived by her dear niece Lauren Walsh of Arlington. Reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 69 So. Franklin Street, (Rte 37), Holbrook until 8:15 AM on Monday followed by a Funeral Mass at 9:00 AM in St. Joseph Church, Holbrook. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 2:00 6:00 PM. Burial in VA National Cemetery, Bourne. Mary grew up in Jamaica Plain and graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas High School in 1937. She was a retired clerk for New England Telephone Co. where she worked for 25 years. Member of the Telephone Pioneers.
