I have just now heard of Pat's passing. My deepest sympathy to all who knew her. Dear Pat, you were the best hair dresser I ever had. No one could make my hair look as good as you could. But above your wonderful skills, you were a beautiful person. The times I spent in your chair were both relaxing and fun. You had a way of making people feel comfortable enough to talk to you about their problems and you always made them feel better about themseves. I will truly miss our conversations and your bright cheery, "Hi, honey" when I walked into your shop. God Bless.

Pat was a wonderful massage therapist. She was able to turn the losses in her life into compassion and healing for others. The last time I saw her she was so very happy and peaceful. We can only hope she is with her beloveds who have gone before her.

Pat was my very first hairdresser. My mother owned "Plymouth Trophy and Award" directly across from her shop in downtown Plymouth. I, as well as my mother have precious memories of my young childhood being spent in her salon. Many days my mother worked, I would go across the street and sit in awe as the hours passed and she did hair. From the day I started doing that, so intrigued by the make-overs she created with such love, my mother knew I would grow up to be a stylist myself. Well, here I am today, 15 years later, a hairdresser myself. I have not talked or seen Pat in many years, but when I heard of her illness and then of her passing, it took me back to those beloved memories. I know today she is looking down at me, proud she could pass on her love for hairdressing. Everytime I welcome a client to my chair from this day on, I will have a little part of Pat with me.

To Pat's Loved Ones:

She was a good lady and I will miss her caring and smiling ways. I knew her from Irene's hairdressing salon and also from New Beginnings years ago. I admired her strength and positive attitude. I offer my condolences to those who loved her.

Pat - you touched my life, helped to heal my injured body, and spoke to my soul. You promised our paths would cross again - I will hold you to that. Thank you for your contributions to me and to the world, for you were a giver. Amy T.
