Olivia Proctor Obituary
Infant daughter of Jeff and Kelly (Gush) Proctor of Elmira, NY, became an angel on July 2, 2008 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Survivors include her parents; sister, Gracie Proctor of Elmira; grandparents, Sandy Gush Bjorvand, Phil Gush and Anne Proctor, all of Elmira; great-grandmothers, Millie Santucci of Horseheads and Marie Gullo of Elmira; uncles, Bobby (Jackie Herrick) Proctor, Steven (Sunsi) Proctor, Kevin (Julie) Proctor, Dain (Courtney) Reese and Jeffrey Gush, all of Elmira; along with several cousins. Services for Olivia will be held privately and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
