John Mann Obituary
Age 46, of Lowman, NY. He was born January 3, 1962 in Elmira, son of John C., Sr. and Jacqueline (Byam) Mann, and passed away Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at Robert Packer Hospital. He was predeceased by his father in 2001; and is survived by his daughters, Shannon (Elliott Singleton) Mann-Adams and Ginger (Terry Roupp, Jr.) Mann, both of Elmira; grandchildren, Brandon John-James Mann, Dylan Burlew, Jacub Adams, Jordan and Shelby Singleton, Noah Mann, Annamae Mann-Roupp and Shaun Forsyth, Jr.; mother, Jacqueline Mann of Lowman; sisters, Tandelayo C. (Paul) Bellamy of England and Tina C. (Freeman, Sr.) Stephens of Lowman; along with several nieces, nephews; and his beloved dog, Kid. John was formerly employed with Sumirail and was a member of the Baldwin Volunteer Fire Dept. Family and friends are invited to visit Walter J. Kent Funeral Home, 858 Lake St. at Washington Ave., Elmira, on Monday, July 7th, from 1 to 2 p.m. His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Jackie, Shannon & Ginger,
I was very sorry to hear about John's passing. We had alot of good times in the fire department and working together. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. He is in good Hands now and is not suffering anymore. God bless.

Jackie,
I just found out about John and can't believe what I'm reading. I have not seen John in some time and did not realize that he was sick. I'm sorry for your loss and want you to know that the Family is in my thought's and prayers. John is with his Dad now and I can just imagine what the two of them are up too.
