Graham Muir
"Graham"
Age 86, of Elmira, died Saturday, August 23, 2008, at St. Joseph's Hospital. Graham was born June 21, 1922, in Glasgow, Scotland, a son of Gavin and Jean Muir Pelling. He is predeceased by his sister, Ann, and brothers, Peter and Gavin. Graham is survived by his wife of 53 years, Beverly Jacque Pelling; sons, with their families, Gavin S. and Christine Pelling of Mill Neck, NY with children, Nicole, Stephanie, and Gavin; Andrew G. and Robin Pelling of Upper Montclair, NJ, with sons, Kyle and Craig; Peter L. and Jo-Anne Pelling of East Islip, NY, with daughters, Valerie and LeeAnn; sister Marion Johnson of East Moriches, NY; and mother-in-law Marie Jacque of Elmira Heights. In lieu of flowers donations in Graham's memory may be directed to Hillview United Methodist Church, 109 Hillview Drive, Big Flats, NY 14814. A Memorial Service in celebration of Graham's life will be held at a later date to be announced. Arrangements by McInerny Funeral Home.

We have been best friends since 7th grade. Graham was a wonderful man and you had many happy years together. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers. I've tried calling you and will keep trying. All our love and support at this difficult time.
