To all of the Voight family:
I would like to express my deepest sympathy. Your mother was a very kind and dear lady and will be missed by many. She was a dear friend to all of the kids that grew up in the neighborhood.

I remember with fondness leaving my son for the first time in the care of your mom, as a daycare provider. She was so much more than that. Jodi truly felt a part of your family, because that was how your mom wanted "her kids" to feel. And, as a single mom, she mentored me in many ways as a mother. She made my life so much easier, in so many ways; and I hope she knew how special she was inviting us into her family. The peace of mind knowing my child was in her care while I was working was only a part of what she gave to both my son and me. Her children are lucky to have had a mother with such a big heart and so much to offer.
