Pauline Hauck Obituary
Age 86, of Elmira, NY, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, at home surrounded by her loving family. Family and friends are invited to call at Olthof Funeral Home, Inc., 1050 Pennsylvania Ave., on Saturday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. with Funeral and Committal Service there Saturday at 4:00 p.m., Reverend John Owens will officiate. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Woodlawn Cemetery, Elmira, NY. Those wishing may make memorials to Southern Tier Hospice, 11751 E. Corning Road, Corning, NY 14830. The family would like to thank special care givers, Carol Gaitling, Jean Plante and Katie Storch for the loving care and kindness given to mom during her illness. A "Candle of Remembrance" may be left for the family in obituaries at www.olthof.com

Karen and family we are so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. She was a special person and touched our lives in many memorable ways. I wish we had the chance of knowing her longer, but we are thankful for the time we had.
Chris, I know you were very close to your Grandmother and I know she was greatful for you. I know now where you got your sense of humor! She will always be with you, Michelle and baby Mason.
My mother will also miss talking with her, she liked her alot, and sends her love to all of you.
Monica says she is sorry too, and liked your Grandma a lot.
