To the Family & Friends of Muriel:
(It was great seeing Muriel back in 2004. You just don't think when your talking / catching up with someone that it may be for the last time - in this life.)
Muriel will be Forever loved! A friend to many in many different ways. Truly kind and beautiful. Surely she will be missed, but we will all see again some day.
Remember to LOVE completely, and hold a hug long enough to feel the heat of the soul.
Heaven is brighter!

What do you say when you lose a true friend. I just thank God for the memories, and that she was part of my life. We had many, many, good times. Do ya'll remember the " Treacherous Three". I think Muriel, Natalie and I where the first girl "gang" (LOL). I still can't believe she is gone. All I see when I think about her is that BIG smile. A loss like this will make us stop and realize that tomorrow is not promised to any of us. I loved her like a sister and the same goes for Marlon. To Sharon and Jeff, she is at peace now and I know God will see you through this difficult time. My prayers are with you all. ( Hey Muriel give my sister Pat a big hug and kiss for me o.k.)

To the Jones/Mason families,
I am so sorry to hear about Muriel's passing. I went all through school with Muriel - from Hendy Avenue to EFA. I was fortunate to have many classes with Muriel over the years. She was such a special person, and a friend to everyone.
I will treasure the memory of seeing Muriel at our class reunion in 2004. She was so proud to serve in the Navy for 20 years, and even more proud to be recently married.
May your memories bring you comfort during this time. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To the Jones and Mason Families, I am still in shock after just hearing the news of Muriel's passing. I have so many "fun" memories of Muriel form EFA. She "took care" of me, when I needed it. I was so happy to see her at the 20th reunion, with her new husband. God bless you all. My deepest sympathy.

To the Jones/Mason family:
I extend my deepest sympathy to you. Muriel and I grew up together. From the same kindergarten class at Hendy Avenue School all the way through high school. We were even in brownies together. She was such a beautiful person who was fun to be with. I'm glad I had the opportunity to share her friendship. She will be greatly missed. "Absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."

Jones/Mason Family,
Muriel had a special place in many hearts, and I hope the memories we all share will help you to comfort you.
Muriel and I shared many memories and life changing events as we grew into young ladies. She was my sister and my partner in crime as we grew up. Muriel had one of those personality's that made you feel good, she was always getting me to try new things and getting me to enjoy life. I will always miss my friend, but I am comforted by the memories we created together, and the hundreds of photos we took together.
Miss you Muriel.

Muriel was such a beautiful woman. Though our times spent together were few, I loved her very much. I will always remember and be inspired by her ability to show love, kindness and acceptance to others in a way that should be imitated by others.

I'm just in shock I saw Muriel in July 2004 and I was just leaving Bernie Murray's with the Class of 1979 it was our reunion it was in the parking lot of the old Southside High School where she was parking her car and me and my sister Lisa ran into her we had a nice conversation with her she also told us she was going to be getting married and introduce us to her fiance she was on her way to eat at Bernie Murray's also and that was the last time. I saw her, I also saw her grandmother and ask her how she was doing and she told me she did get married. I have to say that Muriel was a sweetheart just like her mother a kind person with a nice smile and loved to talk she will be greatly missed by all. I just want you to know that I will be thinking about you all during your time of sorrow. I will be praying for
you all Jones & Mason Family

The journey that Muriel has taken is a journey that we all must take and each must go it alone. Remember it's all a part of the Lord's plan, a step on the road home. It's ok, she is at peace with no more pain and we will all see her again. Remember the good times, I will never forget her smile. All of you are in my thoughts and prayers.
