I will not be able to express as eloquently as "Jim Jim" for many reasons. One being; I didn't know Art as well as many of you, but I did know him as so sweet and so fun.
I knew him best as best friend to my brother Larry.
Art I am grateful for the way you've touched our lives.
Peace be with you on your journey and also with the family and friends that will forever miss you.
'Til we meet again....

My heart goes out to all of the family & friends who loved Art. He was such a special, loving and caring man. I feel a huge hole inside of me, a piece of my heart has been broken off. He was in our lives for 23 years. He was part of our family, a brother to Larry and I and an uncle to our children, Ricky, Jason, Jimmy, & Robbie. He fished with the kids, spent countless special moments with us. He was there to lend a hand, he was there to share so many good times & bad thoughout the years. We have been so blessed to have him in our lives.
Arthur D. we love you and will miss you everyday, Thank you for being that special (uncle) to my children, and thank you for all you have done for all of us. I wish we could have done more for you, Farewell our dear friend, love Deb oxoxoxoxoxox

Art,
We cannot put into words what you were to our family. From the time I was born you were there, in my family's lives. You got to see my brother's and I grow and prosper into young adults and were as close to an uncle as anyone can get. Growing up you were at birthday's, Christmas', baseball games, camping, fishing, family trips to kentucky, up north, etc. you were always there, and i am a better person for having you in my life. I stayed up last night to watch my dad's collaboration of old videos because I knew I would see you smiling and laughing. Holiday weekends will not be the same without you. You will be so greatly missed. Rest in peace. You're in a better place.
