Lela Rogers Obituary
Age 96 of Jefferson Village, Watkins Glen, NY, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, October 23, 2008, at her apartment surrounded by her loved ones. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service on Monday, October 27, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at the Vedder and Scott Funeral Home, 122 N. Genesee St., Montour Falls, NY. The Rev. Teddy Herron will officiate. Interment will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Odessa, NY. Those wishing to remember Mrs. Rogers may do so through contributions in her name to the Glen Baptist Church, 3311 Reading Road, Watkins Glen, NY 14891.
