my prayers go out to all of bills family. i havent seen bill in close to forty years but have thought about him often i met bill as a member of the order of the arrow dance team and he became a great mentor and a friend as i got older he got me my first job pumping gas at the elmira gas mart back in the early 70's again my prayers go out to his family though i haven't seen bill in many years he will always be in my mind and heart

I have many fond memories of Bill and the Millerton Boy Scouts at Camp Brule'. I am sorry to hear of his passing and offer my condolences to his family. There is no doubt he now walks the streets of gold and wears a crown of jewels.
