Uncle Joe,
I am happy that you are no longer suffering. You fought hard and I am so proud of you, your strength was inspiring. I will always keep the good times we shared in a safe place in my heart (like meeting for lunch at Eldrige Park with my mom). Your unique & wonderful personality will continue on through all of us that were blessed to know and love you!
You are greatly missed!

I knew Joe as a kid up in the St Cecilia's area, and #4 Fire Station group. He worked with me at the Elmira Post Office and was one of the most dedicated clerks we had. He will be missed...
