To the family of Mrs. Goodwin,

I am very sorry to hear of her passing... I remember growing up with Mr. & Mrs. Goodwin being very good friends with my parents. It was the farthest we were ever driven for Trick or Treating. They always had wax pop bottles with sweet syrup in them and Mr. Goodwin always showed us how to eat them... yes, every year! :)

My parents called her "Dot" and as I grew up, I too was invited to call her that instead of Mrs. Goodwin.... but she was always Mrs. Goodwin! I was always amazed at her independance and zest for life. She will be greatly missed! I am sure she is in the embrace of Mr. Goodwin now...
