BONOMO, Theresa M.
"Ti Ti"
Age 76, of 531 Budd St., Elmira, died Saturday, November 17, 2007, surrounded by her family at her daughters home in West Henrietta, NY. Theresa was born in Corning on August 4, 1931, the daughter of the late Joseph and the Mary (Messina) Coccho. On December 21, 1968 in Elmira, she married Arthur Bonomo. He predeceased her in 1975. Theresa attended school at Northside High in Corning. A home maker, she lived most of her life in Elmira and enjoyed cooking, gardening, crocheting, bird watching, and spending time with her family. She is survived by her one daughter, MaryCarla (Wayne) Hausburg of West Henrietta; one son, David Coccho of Elmira, NY; one sister, Virginia Barden of Corning, NY; three brothers, Tony (Ann) Coccho of Painted Post, NY, Joseph (Judy) Coccho of Painted Post, NY, and Frank (Betty) Coccho of Corning, NY; granddaughters, Erica Andrus of Elmira, NY, Amanda Hausburg of Rochester; grandson, Michael Hausburg of Horseheads, NY; many nieces and nephews. There will be no prior calling hours. Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass Tuesday, November 20, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Vincent De Paul Church, 222 Dodge Avenue in Corning. Rev. Philip Billotte officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery in Corning. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society, 1400 Winton Road, Rochester, NY 14609. Arrangements entrusted to Phillips Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 17 W. Pulteney St. in Corning, NY.
