Mrs. Dockstader, you have my deepest and sincerest sympathy for your loss. I met Stan through his work with the Northwest Pennsylvania Rail Authority and his dedicated and tireless efforts in support of the entire Northwest Pennsylvania region. He will be missed by many.

I knew Stan as a loyal member of The Erie Rotary.
His support of Rotary over the years has benefited our Erie community as well as many international projects.
