BRADASCIO, Frank A. Sr.
Watkins Glen, New York
Age 94, of S. Madison Ave., Watkins Glen, died Monday, November 26, 2007, at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls. Friends and family may call on Thursday, November 29, 2007, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Haughey-Wood Funeral Home in Watkins Glen. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 30, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Mary's of the Lake Church in Watkins Glen with Father Paul Bonacci, celebrant. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Frank was born in Italy on August 28, 1913, the son of the late Alessio and Angelina Bradascio. He served in the US Army during WWII. Frank was employed for many years with Corning Inc. and retired from Cargill Salt Co. in 1977. He took pride in everything he did from work to gardening and especially his family. He was a proud and loving husband, father, and grandfather. Frank is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary Fazzary Bradascio; son, Frank (Nancy) Bradascio, Jr. of Watkins Glen; son-in-law, Dominick Madaffari of Watkins Glen; grandchildren, Adam, Joseph, Kevin, and Matthew Bradascio, Patrick (Tricia), Frank (Lorrie), and Dominick (Sarah) Madaffari; great-grandchildren, Patrick Jr., Amber, Kaitlyn, and Jacob Madaffari; brother, Michael Bradascio; and several close brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Mary Frances Madaffari; and sister, Ann Simmons. Friends and family may sign the guest book at: www.townsendwoodfuneralchapel.com
