McKibbin, Kenneth L.
Age 63, of Erin, NY. Ken was born July 13, 1944 in Elmira, NY, to the late William and Charlotte (Hollenbeck) McKibbin, and passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Dec. 7, 2007. Ken is survived by his loving wife, Patricia (Gobrick) McKibbin; daughter and sons, Dorsha (Jim) Moore of Elmira, NY, Dennis (Nicole) McKibbin also of Elmira, NY, Daryl (Valerie) McKibbin of Erin, NY; grandchildren, Joseph Sayers, Sara, Nicholas, Nolin, Emalyn McKibbin, David McCormick, Micheall and Michael Hampton, Jaquie, Rebecca, Lianna and Shelly McKibbin, Anthony Cruz, Shianne, Edward and Veronica Moore; brothers and sisters, Richard (Marie) McKibbin of Horseheads, NY, Donald (Theresa) McKibbin Gaston, NC, Russell McKibbin of Montour Falls, NY, Robert (Donna) McKibbin of Spencer, NY; several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Ken was also predeceased by his son, Andrew Kenneth McKibbin; brothers, William, Charles, and John McKibbin, John Eskeli; sister, Velma Dininny. Ken was a graduate of Van Etten High School and Corning Community College. He was a loving and dedicated husband, father, son, grandfather and brother. Ken was strong toward his faith as well as a devoted and active member of Erin United Methodist Church. His time was always for his family. Family and friends are invited to call at the Barber Funeral Home, 413 S. Main St., Horseheads, NY, on Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2007, from 2-4:00 and 6-8:00 p.m. His service will be celebrated in the Erin United Methodist Church, Church St., Erin, NY, on Wed., Dec. 12, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev. Dorothy-York Alloway officiating. Interment to follow in Scotchtown Cemetery in Erin. Those wishing may remember Ken with memorials to the Erin United Methodist Church, PO Box 127, Erin, NY 14838.
