Paul Chilson Obituary

CHILSON, Paul
Age 84, of Arnot, PA, died Monday, December 10, 2007, at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro, PA. Paul was the husband of Hazel (Perry) Chilson for 61 years. He was born on February 28, 1923 in Towanda, PA, the son of David Harrison and Anna (Mayo) Chilson. Paul was a self-employed mechanic. He enjoyed woodworking, restoring antiques, and building clocks. Paul is survived by his wife, Hazel of Arnot, PA; a daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Charlie Stoops of Selinsgrove, PA; two granddaughters, Teresa Hoar and Jennifer Chubb; and great-granddaughter, Faith Lynn Elizabeth Hoar. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Max Chilson; and a sister, Doris Porter. Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, December 12, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory & Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield, PA. A memorial service will be held immediately following the visitation at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Dave Dressler officiating.
