What a wonderful family. If anyone knew the Argentieri's you would know how special they are. You feel the love from them just talking to them. Why has this happened again to such a precious family? Our answer is GOD. There is a reason for this Elizabeth and Tom, you both raise wonderful children, that i think God needs them as special Angels to watch over the world. My prayers are with you all, May God Bless you

Please know that all of you are in my prayers now and always. If I can share one thing with you is "hope" 2 Corinthians 5:1-10. It starts For we know that if our earthly house this tent is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens... May the Hope of the Resurrection keep your faith strong. God Bless all of you.

Elizabeth and family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Your family has been through alot. I hope that you can rest in the comfort that God will see you through this tragedy and may Tom's life be a catalyst for bringing lost souls to Jesus Christ. I pray that the Lord will give you peace and come to you in a new way. You were such an inspiration when we lost our sister, Judy, to brain cancer. And Tom was a great help to his best friend Jeff Andrews during that difficult time. I am certain that he is in the presence of his Risen Savior right now!

I am still in disbelief and at a loss for words. Although I did not get to know Tom as well as others might have, I am greatful to have met someone like him in my lifetime and will miss him more than he'll ever know. My heart goes out to the Argentieri family and may God guide you through this trying time. You will always be in our hearts and never forgotten because a piece of you will live on in each of us who have been fortunate enough to have known you. God must have had a special reason to call you and your little brother home so soon. He must have been running short of Angels. May you rest in peace...we'll miss you kid...one day we will meet again.

I worked with Tom at Tanino's over the past few years when he was home on break from college. We had many conversations about his life and hopes and dreams. He loved his family very much and knew exactly what he wanted to do with his life.
Mr. and Mrs. Argentieri have done a wonderful job raising this beautiful young man. I will miss Tom very much and his dazzling smile. I am so sorry for the horrific loss of your second son.
Tom is with him now and will be sure that his family is looked in on. I am sure of that.
My god be with your family durring this time of sorrow.

December 12, 2007

As Jesus was approaching the time of His own death, He spoke these words of comfort and assurance to His own disciples:
"Let not your heart be troubled; believe in God, believe also in Me. "In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 "And you know the way where I am going." Thomas said to Him, "Lord, we do not know where You are going, how do we know the way?" Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father, but through Me" (John 14:1-6).

My heart goes out to the Argentieri family during this awful time. My daughter Katie is also a senior at Alfred U, and was close to Tom. I was visiting her there when the students heard about his death, and it was immediately obvious that he was very much loved by his friends and the Alfred community. A little of Tom will live on in each of his friends, and he will never be forgotten.

I hope it helps to know that other Alfred parents are thinking of you and are willing to help in any way possible. God bless you all.

Sometimes we are forced to say goodbye to our loved ones long before we should have to. I know your faith is strong and I know that God cries with you because of your grief.
