Steve Gregg & Family. Our deepest sympathy. We are so very sorry for your sudden loss. We didn't know Larry, however I am sure with a Dad like you Steve he had to be an awesome son! If there is anything we can do please don't hesitate.

Larry and I became good friends during the time he lived in DC. His friendship meant so much to me at the time, as I didn't know many people and was finding my way in the city. I'll never forget our explorations of DC, the way we would nickname folks when we were people-watching, or our first trip to New York City. To Larry's family, I extend my deepest sympathies as I grieve with you during this most difficult time.

I have never seen my brother, Chris, as happy as he was since meeting Larry, and I pray I will never see him or anyone else as sad as I have seen him and Larry's family this week. Larry was a wonderful man, well loved by my brother and our family. We miss him, and mourn the loss of Chris and Larry's future together. My heart goes out to Larry's parents and brother. I can't imagine a more devastating loss.

Even though it's been a week and I attended his funeral, I still cannot believe -- or accept -- that this has happened. My heart is broken. When I walk down 8th Avenue I'm still expecting to see Larry's big smile and want more than anything to have just one more bagel together at Murray's. This hurts so much.
My sympathies to Chris, the entire Brickman family, and to all of Larry's other friends. I know you're all hurting, too.

There is no greater pain than to lose your brother and a best friend. The only comfort is to know that Larry had many friends who adored him, a family who loved him and nutured him, and a partner who loved and most importantly, made Larry complete. Im very sure Larry is smiling down on us from heaven and hears our every thoughts and prayers. I'll miss you Larry, my brother.

Larry was a former boyfriend, roommate, and close friend throughout the years. He was one of the most important people in my life, and no words can express the sorrow I feel at his loss. He will be in my heart forever.

Little Lazza...I miss you man. I was fortunate to have spent a good chunk of two years working with Larry, sitting side-by-side. I can not recall Larry ever saying a bad word about anything or anyone. A truly amazing, totally loyal and deeply honest guy. To both Larry's family and Chris, please accept my sincere condolences. Wherever Lazza is I am sure he is smiling as always. Moz

I am in shock to learn of Larry's passing. We were friends in high school, and I so loved spending time with him. He had the best sense of humor and such a positive attitude. Over the years, I've thought of him often. Sincere condolences to his family and partner.

I too remember Larry for his quiet intelligence and great smile. I lost contact after college but I will always remember him fondly. My condolences to his close family and friends, and to his partner Chris.

The Larry Brickman I remember so clearly from Santaluces High School had an amazing smile and a remarkable love of learning. If in fact is was "our Larry" who passed on, we send our thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
