I had the pleasure of meeting Otis at Lucy Corr while my great grandmother was there. He was one of the funniest old men I have ever met, and he constantly had someone laughing or smiling. My family enjoyed visiting with him everytime we went to see my great grandmother. I will never forget him. I'm very sorry about your loss.
