I am still in shock at this tragic loss. I knew John from the New Kent Pit Stop and like thousands of others he touched my life. He was always quick to smile and because of the hours that I worked I often got to stand and talk to him for at least an hour in the middle of the night. He was a star that burned brightly here on Eath and now he will make the sky even brighter, because I know that he is still looking down on us all. He will be missed and his memory cherished by every single person that had the distinct privelage of meeting him. He and you all will remain in my prayers and thoughts.

My husband and I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to you and your family, we knew John from New Kent Pit Stop. I would talk to him everyday as I stopped to get coffee he always brightened my day as I am sure he did many people as they encountered him. He was a wonderful person and he will truly be missed.

My husband and I are so sorry for your loss. I knew John when he worked for Interstate Pallet and my husband knew him from the New Kent Pit Stop. He was a very kind and wonderful person that adored his family. I know that your family has many wonderful memories of him.
