I knew Mrs Montgomery from serving her at the Ginter Park Library. She did run her race well in this life and now has been released to enjoy eternal wholeness in Heaven. God bless all of you!

You came into my life for only a season, but you touched me for a life time. I will always remember our talks and your life lessons. Not only did you teach me about the Christian walk you showed me in your every day acts of kindness. I will miss you and every time I think of you I smile and think of how you made me laugh until my side hurt.
Love You Always

Linda, I'm reflecting on the beautiful snapshot of your mom in the obituary -- Sincere condolences to you. Miss Hazel and my mom have had many, many cheerful days chatting. I’m reflecting from the Cary St. & Cliff Ave. days Yes, I know it's hard as an only child, but you surely know that God holds hands. Keep looking up. On behalf of our entire school family, I would like for each family member to know how special Mrs. Montgomery was to the students and staff at John B. Cary Elementary School. Mrs. Montgomery was a part of our school family. Her kind and gentle spirit will always be with us. She was one of the best substitute teachrs I have ever had the pleasure to work with. And she was certainly one of the most pleasant and compassionate individuals I have ever known. With heartfelt sympathy we extend prayers and special thoughts to your entire family.

Mrs. Linda, Kimya, Stephanie & James,
My prayer is that God give you peace during your time of sorrow. I have so many great memories of your mom and dad (grandmother and grandfather) they continue to be very special people in my life and they will be greatly missed. I thank God for their special love and how they walked out their vows each day in their marriage. I rejoice that she has reunited with her James and that James has reunited with his bride. May God continue to bless each of you in this time of sorrow. Your Mom was truly a GREAT WOMEN OF GOD.

We were truly saddened by the passing of your mother and grandmother. I loved "Toostie" and was blessed by knowing her. Truly she had a unique personality. She was a true anchor in the family, church and community. She will surely be missed by all. I will miss her updates and her beautiful smile. If you knew her you had to love her. Her spirit will be with us always.

My heart was saddened to hear of the loss of my dear friend and sister in Christ, Hazel. You were a true friend and had strong faith in the Lord. We talked several times a week about God's goodness, your love for your family and church family. You were always saving a seat for me when we went out together and now that you're with our heavenly Father, once again please save a seat for me.
Until we meet again, love your sister in Christ, Cora

It is with sheer sadness deep in my soul that I make an entry into this Guest Book. My condolences go out to the family of Hazel Montgomery. She was a special person that was brought into my life as well as my son, Kaheem (from her 2 year old class at ACDC).
Thanks for everything you did “Gummie” and by the way he had a great 1st day in Kindergarten like you said he would!

To The Family of Hazel Montgomery,
You are in our thoughts and prayers. May the Lord be especially close to you during this difficult time. We met Mrs. Montgomery at the Dalton Clinic and became friends immediately. She was truly a "LADY" in every sense of the word and always concerned about those around her. We will miss her smile and encouraging words.
In Christian Love,
Marie & Donnie Guthrie
