deCHEUBEL, William Martin, 80, of Richmond, went to rejoin his wife Saturday, September 6, 2008. He was preceded in death by wife of 47 years, Bernice; and his son, Wayne Kelly deCheubel. He is survived by his three sons, Jan and his wife, Sharon, of Richmond, Maurice of Doswell and Martin and his wife, Patty, of Waltersboro, S.C.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters. His family will receive friends Tuesday, September 9, 2008, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond, Va. 23231. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Washington Memorial Park, 6217 Memorial Drive, Sandston, Va. 23150.
