Lillian Gregory "Madeline" Gibson

GIBSON, Lillian "Madeline" Gregory, 89, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2008. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert V. "Gibby" Gibson Jr.; and a granddaughter, Penny Gillenwater. She was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Lillian R. Gregory. She is survived by her daughters and their husbands, Dianne and Charles "Gill" Gillenwater of Milner, Ga., and Sandra and Jerry Bohanon of New Canton, Va.; five grandchildren, Darrell Gillenwater (Val) of Lake Worth, Texas, Jeffrey Gillenwater of Milner, Ga., Lisa Parkhurst (Chris) of Dunnsville, Va., Tommy Bohanon (Vicky) of Glen Allen, Va., and Jason Bohanon (Monica) of Chester, Va.; two brothers, Charles Gregory of Williamsburg, Va., and Ernest Gregory of Richmond; one sister, Evelyn Lewter of Fork Union, Va.; also surviving are her precious great-grandchildren, Lindsay and Christopher Parkhurst, Colin, Gavin and Ian Bohanon, and Khorbin, Cole and Connor Bohanon. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, September 17, 2008, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 18, 2008. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park, Sandston.
