Dear Al and Family,
We wish to extend our condolences and sympathy for the loss of your mom. She, like her mom was a kind and beautiful person. And while she is not with you in the physical form, she will remain with you and your family in spirit. Think of her as one of God’s own angels. I share this because we lost our mom last December and this has been our saving grace. We pray that you and your family also find comfort and peace. And may God continue to bless you all.

Brother Al,

I was saddened to hear of the loss of your mother. Be encouraged that you had a loving and caring mother that provided you with the gift of life.
Sadness may be upon your heart today and thats to be expected. As time passes you will reflect upon the significant impact that your mom made on you and others that she came into contact with. She will always remain in your heart and the hearts of your family. Remember God blessed you with that woman as your mother and that was truly a special gift. Your mother's spirit will always live within you and others.

I ask that God keep you and your family conforted for the days ahead and that he will continue to bless you with strenth and encouragement.
I will keep you in my prayers.

Sincerely,
Neil and the Girls

To Dot's family members:

Dot and I were co-workers as well as sisters in Christ serving at Fifth Baptist Church. In both instances, she operated with a spirit of excellence at all times. She will be greatly missed. May the Lord give you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness.

Steadfast Love,

To the Family of Dot:

I had the pleasure of meeting Dot through my principal, Mrs. Phillips. Dot's presence was always pleasant. She always shared a story, a smile, and even brought lunch for us on occasions. I thank God for allowing Dot to bless my life with her friendship. She never complained about her illness, and was always concerned about others. She will be missed but her memories will last forever. May God continue to bless you during this time of bereavement.

Al and family,
It is with deepest sorrow to hear of you mothers passing. You and I have not seen each other since our childhood days while you were living in the Westend. We had a liking for football at an early age, wearing our team helmets and watching NFL games on TV. Then play all over the house as if we were on the field. Ms. Dot would say, "Just let them boys play". She was truly a special person and always had a kind heart. Bless you my brother and your family and thank the lord for allowing this angel the time with us.

Al and Family,

Certainly I was sorrowful to hear that my friend Dot had passed. Dot worked for me for 5 years at PM, and we shared a very special relationship. We all can agree that Dot was a no non-sense person and that was because she lived a life of excellence. She will always be remembered by me as a woman of excellence (everything in its respective place). I pray that God will comfort you, your wife and those beautiful grandchildren and that your memories of your Mom will be cherished ones. I know that mine will. God Bless and I will continue to pray for the family.
