Eloise was my grandmother's (Corrie Wilkes Harris) best friend as well as her beloved niece. Eloise was an amazing woman, and I wish comfort to her loved ones. She was a special link to my grandmother, and I am so sorry that she was taken from her family in these circumstances.

We were shocked and so saddened to learn of Eloise's untimely death. I have so many fond memories of her from our days in the Dental Auxiliary and whenever we did meet it was with such warmth as old friends. She was indeed a lovable person who gave so much to others. To you Lewis, and your family, our sincerest deep sympathy....

I am so shocked and sorry to hear about Eloise. My heart goes out to Alice and the family. I wish I could be there to put my arms around you all. Eloise was my second Mom growing up. She loved people and her friends and family were so important to her. She kept in touch with me through e-mail for many years. She was a great lady.
