Evelyn Phaup Parker

PARKER, Evelyn Phaup, of Chester, Va., joined her beloved husband October 18, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond B. Parker Sr.; and seven brothers. Survivors include a son, Raymond B. Parker Jr. and his wife, Joyce; a daughter, Carolyse P. Walters; a brother, Herman Phaup; five grandchildren, Beth Campbell and her husband, Matt, Karen Gregory and her husband, Mark, Brian Osborne and his wife, Jill, Matt Osborne and his wife, Misty, and Tim Parker; nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held 12 noon Wednesday at Bliley's-Staples Mill, 8510 Staples Mill Rd., where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park.
