RINTHALUKAY, Phengsy Celebrating the Life of Phengsy Rinthalukay On Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 2 p.m., the Creator called Phengsy Rinthalukay's spirit back to the source of all life. He set out on this journey at Henrico Doctors' Hospital, located in Richmond, Virginia, in the comfort and presence of loved ones. He leaves behind to cherish his life, love, and spirit, Bounthom Rinthalukay, his loving wife of 30 years. He was the beloved father of Ainoy (Rinthalukay) Mullis and La Rinthalukay; and new (and always excited) father-in-law to Nathan Daniel Mullis, all of Richmond. He is further survived by one sister, Khamphout Manila; and one brother, Vanhdy Manila, both of Vietianne, Laos. He was a warm and generous uncle to a host of nieces and nephews. His family will receive friends on Friday, October 31, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham Road. Funeral services will also be held from 12 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Woody Funeral Home.
