Dear Mrs. Small and family,
I am sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Small. Mr. Small has always a kind and generous man to anyone around him. I got the chance to spend some quality time with Mr. Small on a Grand Canyon rafting trip and admired his deep faith and positive attitude about life. Our thoughts and prayers with be with you and your family.

Dear Mary and Family,
We were thankful that we could be with you today at the Memorial Service. We really miss seeing you and our other friends at Derbyshire and Lakewood Manor. The three ministers did a beautiful job in describing the life of your wonderful mate. We will keep you in our prayers. Lots of love, Anne and David Johnson

Dear Mrs Small and Family
I'm so sorry to hear this news. My memories go back to an initial interview with Bill, sitting in his office, and I was just graduating. He was a gentleman, interested in others, and always with a kind word. Thank you for the kindness you showed me and Janet and our young family in Rosedale as we were just starting out with Westvaco. God bless you and give you comfort and strength in the days ahead.

Dear Mrs. Small and the Family,
It is with great sadness that Valerie and I learned of Mr. Small's passing. We believe that following a warm reception from God, Andy John was first in line to welcome his friend home. Mr. Small was a second father to both Valerie and Kim and I know they will never forget his kindness towards them. As a young sales trainee at Westvaco I will always remember his willingness to stop what he was doing and give me encouragement. His welcome in heaven will truly be: "Well done my true and faithful servant". May God's Grace carry you through these difficult times.

Dear Mary and Family:
We had the pleasure and privilege of working with Bill at the Covington Mill for many years. He was the consummate leader and gentleman, as well as a man of God. Rosedale neighborhood lost good friends and classy neighbors when you and Bill moved to Richmond. Bill will be missed by many of us who are still at work in Covington. Very fondly,

Dear Mary & family
I had the priviledge of knowing and working with Bill most of his years at Westvaco. Bill led the way by setting the example as a leader and a follower our Lord. He will be missed not only by each of you but also those that knew him.
May God Bless and Comfort each of you in the coming days. If I can be of any help to you or your family please let me know.
