Dear Cindy,
I was in Florida when Chip passed away. I have many fond memories of the family even though we are far apart. He was a good husband and father. He loved being at the homestead. I miss him. I have thought of you and the children many times since Chip's passing.
We will always be family...

Dear Cindy and Children:
I was very saddened to hear of Chipper's demise. Chipper was a great guy with a people personality. We will miss him, especially in planning for our next class reunion. He worked on the 2002 Wand L Reunion and he was such a joy to work with.. always stern but he had a funny side also.
May the blessing of memories lighten your heart when you think of Chipper ... May the blessing of comfort from many who care ease your mourning with moments of grace.. May the blessing of hope that a better world waits bring a smile for each tear that may fall... May the blessing of Peace gently carry you through now as you say Good-bye.
Long before we're ready we sadly say Goodbye...but Chipper is in a far beautiful place.... and he will be saying WELCOME HOME to all one day!
Sincerely:
Sherwin Tate

Dear Cindy and family,
Jane and I were so sorry to hear of your loss. There are no words that can express the loss that you are all going through at this difficult time. But may you all find some comfort it the support that your family and friends are extending to you now and in the days ahead.
Jane & Warren Deagle
I have attached a poem that I hope will give you strength and comfort as you move forward during your saddness and loss.
Not now but in the coming years
It may be in that better land
We’ll read the meaning of our tears
And there sometime we’ll understand
We’ll catch the broken thread again
And finish what we here began
Heaven will the mysteries explain
And then ah then we will understand
We’ll know why clouds instead of sun
Were over many cherished plan
Why songs have ended yet just begun
Up there sometime we will understand
Why what we long for most of all
Eludes so often our eager plan
Why hopes are crushed and castles fall
In heaven someday we will understand
God knows the way he holds the key
He guides us with his unerring hand
Someday with tearless eyes we’ll see
Yes there in heaven we will understand
Trust in God through all these days
Fear not for he holds your hand
For there in heaven someday we will understand
God Bless,
Warren

Cindy and Family,
Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We loved Chipper and even though we haven't seen much of each other lately, we have thought of your family often. Please continue to keep in touch, and please let us know if there's anything that we can do. Chipper was a very good role model and friend to Kristin in her teen years as her Sunday School teacher, and he was a good friend to our family. We will miss him so much.
Love,
Wanda, Bob, Mallory, Kristin & Josh
