Barbara,Bobby,Donna and Case, We are so sorry to hear about Ethel. She will be greatly missed. I know she is probably shopping at the big thrift store in the sky. If you need anything let us know.

Ethel was a special woman. I will never forget my mother and Ethel at Monty's eating. My mother had a footlong hotdog and wanted to cut it but had no knife. Ethel fished in her purse and pulled out scissors. Before you knew it - the foot long was in two pieces "Ethel Style". She was always smiling and that is how we will remember her as a happy and caring person. Our sincere sympathy to the entire family.

I grew up on Franklin Road where Ethel was living. My mother Avis Walker knew Ethel when she was a young girl. Ethel always had a kind word and would light up a room with her laughter. We will miss seeing her around town with her goodies from the sales.

Our deepest sympathy to the family of Ettie. We didn't know her well, but she always talked to us when we were in Monty's. We moved away in 2004, but we still have fond memories of the conversations we had with her back then. What a truly sweet lady. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.
