"When you are born, you cry, and the world rejoices. When you die, you rejoice and the world cries." I rejoice in your life and am grateful for the time you shared with us on this earth. Blessings to your eternal spirit. See you again, Uncle Den. I love you always. Namaste.

I will miss you, Uncle Dennis. You were a crazy man and could always make me laugh. I loved your passion and tenacity. You were so like Granny, in so many ways. You were also the only person who really understood how losing her affected me, because you felt the same way. Every time I make krautburgh, I will think of you. :)
Vicki and Amanda, I love you both, and I admire you for your strength in these past months. You have Den to thank for that, for he passed on that quality to you. I'm always here for you.

“Sammy the Bull”
I gave Sam that moniker not long after I met him because of his tenacity and drive. Always full of as much of life as of himself. He always had a good word for me and some new drama to share. He took his job seriously and himself with a grain of salt. He loved his coworkers and LOVED his family and was a great guy to be around. I’ll miss you Sammy the Bull. We’ll all miss you.

Sam will be dearly missed by all the drivers who knew him. He was the sweetest and most positive man, and always had a smile in his face.

Sam was a dear friend of mine for 12 years. I worked with Sam at Brinks from December of 1996 to July of 2005. No matter what was going on he always would have a smile and something funny to say about it that would make everything seem OK. He out qualified me everytime at the pistol range too. I will miss my friend and my thoughts and prayers are with his family. Godspeed Sam.
