HOWARD, Eugene, a native of Charles City, departed this life on December 1, 2008. His remains rest at the W.S. Watkins & Son Funeral Home, 2700 North Ave., where the family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the Watkins Community Chapel, 2701 Garland Ave., on Saturday, December 6, at 12 noon. Interment Gilfield Baptist Church Cemetery, Charles City, Virginia.
