My wife Kathy and I have had the pleasure of meeting Lucille only 4 months ago and she made such an inpact on our lives. We would come to Sunrise to visit and her smile and happy demeanor was always there no matter how she felt. Doing our Christmas cookies baking she was not well but STILL wanted to be in the action and it was dear to both of us. She will be missed but I was very glad to get to know her. God Bless...

To the family My deepest sympathy goes out to your family MS Mann was one of the sweetest ladies I Had an opportunity to know and share and liosten to her stories, I was one of her care giverer s at Sunrise Assisted Living it was a joy to see her prepare for her family to come pick her up for church or a family function, I can remember the days she sat in her room at the card table preparing the Ham biscuits for Christmas, after she was finished she would do her crossword Puzzles. If she was not in her room you could find her at the table putting a puzzles together and boy was she quick with those. She will be deeply missed.

This little fiesty lady will be missed greatly! As a child, I never heard her utter a negative or mean word; her positive outlook has always been an inspiration to me. Growing up she made sure I had new Nancy Drew books each Christmas and as a result I have continued to share a love of books with my own children. I know she touched many lives and we will miss her style and grace.

I loved and admired Lucille from the bottom of my heart. She was such an excellent neighbor, always there to help and talk to. I had a lovely visit with her last August. She was always so loving and warm during our visits when I came home from Vermont. I will never forget the Christmas Eve parties, the backyard cookouts, and all the beautiful children playing in her yard. She was a special person and she adored her family. I truly will miss her in my life.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time. Lucille attended our little church service at Sunrise Assisted Living on Sunday mornings when she was not able to go to her own church. We loved her and will surely miss her smiling face. She had faith that God would take care of her in life and in death and I am sure he is taking care of her now.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family as we will surely miss her. Her love of children and of reading touched many lives. May she now find rest in the arms of her Savior.
With love and sympathy,

Nanny and her house was always a safe haven for us all. She would greet you at the door with a hug and offer you a glass of sweet tea and we would just “visit” a while.
She always took an interest in what you were doing and wanted to know the latest update
She instilled in all of us the love of church and God.
I loved to play games with her and pass a quiet Sunday afternoon.
She was a caregiver, a mentor but most of all a friend. My Nanny!
I am proud to have known her and to have been loved by her and will always hold her in my heart.
