WILLIAMS, Jane Stouffer, 80, of Wicomico Church died January 14, 2009. Surviving are her husband, Donald C. Williams; a daughter, Victoria Ann Newman of Overland Park, Kan.; two sons, Andrew Cooper Wells of Ingleburn, New South Wales, Australia and Randell Stouffer Wells of Slidell, La.; three children by marriage, Carolyn W. Thomas of Fitchburg, Mass., Carl Williams of West Brookfield, Mass., and Elizabeth Welty of Santa Cruz, Calif.; a granddaughter, Ruth Maricola; nine grandchildren by marriage; a sister, Ann Dyke of Chevy Chase, Md.; and a sister-in-law, Edith Stouffer of The Woodlands, Texas. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Saturday, January 17, at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Kilmarnock. Interment will be private. Memorials may be made to Siamese Cat Rescue Center, 366 Meander Run Road, Locust Dale, Va. 22948.
