To Billie's family: I was very sorry to hear of Billie's death in Dec. Unfortunately I was in S. America when the memorial service was held in Petersburg but did want you to know that she was a very special lady.

To Billie and Milt's family,
My husband and I are so saddened by Billie's death. We knew and were friends with the Fogels when we all lived in Virginia. Time has a way of changing relationships, but memories of our time spent with them makes us smile.
Please know they, and you, are in our prayers and thoughts at this time.

To the Fogel Family,
I am so saddened and so very sorry for your loss of Mrs. Fogel. I used to work for Mr. Fogel here at Fort Lee and she was always a welcome breath of fresh air whenever she attended some of our activities. If ever I had to brief Mr. Fogel after lunch, I'd always ask him if he had gone home to have lunch (with Mrs. Fogel). Whenever he said "yes" I would say "okay, I know you are in a good mood". He always got a good laugh out of that one.
May God look over you all at this sad time.
Always, Bonnie Sheppard Cutter
