I was shocked to hear of Frances' passing today in a company e-mail.
I would always look for her to go to when I was ready to pay for my meal at Capital One just so I could talk to her. Never was there a kinder spirit. I never knew she was ill...I will truly miss her and her warm smile.
Heaven is rejoicing having such a wonderful woman enter through St. Peter's gates.

To The Family of Ms. Frances
Ms. Frances (WC5/WC6 cashier) was truly a remarkable young lady. A lot of Capital One associates had the pleasure of knowing Ms. Frances and she will truly be missed. You are in my prayers.

Like so many others, I too knew Frances as the quiet, bright smile in our cafeteria here at Capital One. I found her courage and optimism inspiring, given the challenges she faced over the last year or so. Her gentle presence will be missed.

Virginia was such a special lady. She visited with my mother Alby Chamberlain and was a beloved friend and companion of hers. I will never forget her kind, gentle, loving manner and know she will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

To the family of Virginia:
Look to the Lord and He will provide strength in this time of sorrow. There is no more pain, Virginia will be missed as there will be a void on the walls of Quioccasin where she served faithfully as an usher. Again to the family, you have my deepest sympathy and prayers.

I only knew Ms. Frances for a short period of time, but she was always nice and made me smile in the mornings, when I was checking out of the cafeteria at Capital One. She will be missed.

To the family of Virginia Miles-Snead:
Virginia truly had a wonderful spirit. I hope and pray that you will find comfort in knowing that God was merciful enough not to allow her to suffer painfully. Virginia was a woman of faith and she fought every step of the way. She believed in God and His will over her life. She displayed a courage that is undeniable. I will miss her very much and I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to know her and to call her "friend". My thoughts and prayers are with you as you deal with your loss. I've often told Virginia to "rest in God" when she was tired or burdened. I will now share that with you. As you grieve your loss, rest in God and allow Him to give you the comfort and strength that can only come from Him. Be there for each other and help each other through. God is able.

I knew Frances only as the attractive, sweet lady behind the register when I checked out at the Capital Yum. Her beautiful spirit and "don't give up" attitude holds a special place in my heart. She is already missed a great deal.
