Eleanor Wilkinson

WILKINSON, Eleanor, 85, of Ashland quietly passed away in her sleep on Saturday, January 24, 2009. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Robert H. Wilkinson; son, David Wilkinson and his wife, Linda; two granddaughters, Stacy Gilman and her husband, Tony, and Kristy Wilkinson -Abney and her husband, David; two great-grandchildren, Wil and Leah Gilman; her twin sister, Helen Johnson; and other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, January 25, 2009, at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 412 S. Washington Highway, Ashland, Va., where services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 26, 2009. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
