We want the family to know that we feel your loss, too. Bishop Elam was like a father to so many and I know the sentiments we express are widespread. Just know that our prayers are with you and that he is in God's capable hands. All who knew him knew him as a Man of God. Grieve as you must, but be thankful that God gave him to you for the time He did. When your mom passed, he went up so many notches in the amount of respect we held for him. He endured it as a good soldier and now he is at rest. Be blessed.
