Virginia Garbett Obituary

GARBETT, Virginia H., of Richmond, widow of Millard L. Garbett, went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2009. She is survived by a son, Stephen M. Garbett and wife, Janis, of Mechanicsville; a niece, Marcia Connell; and a nephew, Craig High. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Monaghan Funeral Home, 7300 Creighton Parkway, Mechanicsville. Interment Forest Lawn. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

You have my deepest sympathy. I worked with Virginia at Reynolds Metals Company until she retired and we met from time to time after her retirement for lunch or dinner. It was a pleasure to know her.
