I was sad to hear of Bob's passing. I haven't seen him in years. I heard he was on oxygen and didn't come up to Bath anymore when we gathered for my father's funeral. My father, Earl French, passed away 2-5-09. Then Bob passed away on my father's birthday.
Life is so short.

This news still seems so unreal to me. Uncle Bob was always the life of the party, fun-loving, humorous, and loving. I will always have fond memories of him. I remember my husband and I visited my family in Bath, NY and going to the American Legion with all of my uncles. We all had so much fun, but one thing always comes to mind and that is Bob ordering a "black water and velvet." To this day we still recall the fun we had and his wonderful sense of humor.

I was so sorry to hear of his illness and now his passing, but know he is in a better place. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
