Nik was one of the most incredible men I have ever met in my life. I am very thankful to have been his girlfriend for the past 9 months. He showed me that I could love again. He was kind, loving, generous, funny and full of life. He will be missed by many.
Nik-I will always love you and a piece of you will remain in my heart forever. Keep watch over us up there. We will meet again "one sweet day". XOXO

I was extremely shocked when I was told of Nik's passing.I worked with Nik at Ukrop's. I loved working with him. We had some very good laughs.He had an unforgettable personality and smile.We had some great chats. He had so many at work that loved him.I will miss him greatly, but will never forget him.I know he will remain in my heart and thoughts like he will with all that knew him.My prayers go out to the family.I am truly sorry for your loss.The world lost a good soul with his passing, but heaven gained a special angel.

Nik, we will miss you deeply. I will always remember the little blonde hair blue eye boy that you were. I have so many fond memories of you as you were growing up. You always made us laugh. This is a quote from a poem "When I walked through Heaven's gates, I felt so much at home. When God looked down and smiled at me, from His great golden throne "God said "This is eternity and all I have promised you" Today for life on earth is past, but here it starts anew. I promise no tomorow but today will always last, and since each day's the same day, there's no longing for the past. But you have been so faithful, so trusting and so true. Though there were times you did some things, you knew you shouldn't do. But you have been forgiven and now at last you're free. So won't you take my hand and share my life with me?" God place you on this earth to touch so many of our lives, but now you are at home with him. So Becky, Shane, Michael, Koty and Nikolas with every rainbow and every butterfly that you see know it will he Nik letting you know he is still there and in your hearts. Nik, I have only known you for a short time, but you will truly be miss by so many especially kody, your memories will always be treasured kody as the sunset an evening star so cleared called for nik, so please do not be unhappy because he is out of sight God picked him up and hugged him and said welcome home, so dry your tears and hold on to all the memories you have of your father. I wish I could tell you all that god has planned, but if I did you would not understand. So do not be afraid to cry it does relieve the pain, remember there would be no flowers unless there was some rain. There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb, but with the help of your mother midorie, and family and friends you will be fine. Becky,
I am so very sorry to hear about Nik. No parent should ever have to out live their child. I know that it has been years since I have seen Nik, but I remember him as a child. I actually remember back in the 80's, taking him to see the Harlem Globe Trotters at the Coliseum. He was always a happy kid and full of life. Please know that my heart goes out to you, Michael and Shane and that I am thinking of you.

I don't know what to say other than how shocked and deeply saddened I am by Nik's passing. No matter how we parted, we were a part of each others lives and families lives and my heart goes out to Becky, Shane, Michael and especially his young sons. I am truly sorry and my thoughts are with you.
