JOHNSON, James Arthur "JJ", departed this life at his residence Monday, August 10, 2009. He is survived by his beloved wife, Eva; two daughters, Lovely and Latecia (Tia); four sons, James Jr., Anthony, Quentin and Alvin; 13 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three brothers, four sisters, six sisters-in-law, five brothers-in-law, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. Remains rest at the Henry W. Dabney Funeral Home, 518 N. Washington Hwy., Ashland, Va. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, August 17, 2009 at 2nd Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 31220 Old Dawn Rd., Hanover, Va. 23069. Interment church cemetery.
