PERKINS, Elizabeth C., 80, of Richmond, died August 11, 2009. Surviving are her husband, Morris A. Perkins; two sons, Christopher and William Spencer; daughter, Jacqueline Spencer; six grand-children, six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Yolanda Jackson and Francine Jackson; two nieces, two brothers-in-law, sister-in-law; a host of other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where the family will receive friends Sunday, August 16, from 5 to 6 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Monday, August 17, at Providence Park Baptist Church, 468 E. Ladies Mile Road. Rev. Dr. Jerome Ross, officiating. Entombment Forest Lawn Mausoleum. Online guest book at www.scottsfuneralhome.com.
